Fred Again turns his USB002 tour into an immersive exhibition in New York

Fred Again isn’t just bringing USB002 back to New York — he’s bringing the entire world around it.

This week, it was announced that the artist is opening a new immersive exhibition in NYC inspired by the scenography of his USB002 tour, giving fans a chance to step inside the same atmosphere that powered the live shows.

The exhibition centres around the tour’s iconic suspended fabric installation, designed by visual artist Boris Acket — a piece that hovered above the crowd during the performances, turning the venue into something between a concert and a dream sequence. Now, that same installation is being reimagined as a standalone art experience, presented under the title “Boris Acket — Secret Life Exhibition.”

Unlike a typical gallery viewing, the concept is built for full immersion, with reports describing a setting where visitors can experience the work at their own pace — even seated or lying down — letting sound, space, and motion do the storytelling.

The exhibition will take place at East End Studios in Woodside, Queens, linking directly to Fred again..’s return to the city and the USB002 run happening in the same space.

It’s a move that feels bigger than a “side event.” It’s another signal of where electronic music is heading next: beyond stages and into world-building, where the visuals aren’t just decoration — they’re part of the emotional core.

Fred Again.. has always been about connection. Now he’s turning that connection into a place you can physically walk into.
