After celebrating a decade of the Manchester-based You&Me party and label last September, Josh Baker is ready to take it to the next level!
The multitalented DJ, not only founder of You&Me but also Hide&Seek Festival and the media SYNTHO, teased Ibiza’s fans about realising a dream during an interview last December. He had mentioned in a very enthusiastic tone that he will be playing in Ibiza every week in 2026. But the club where the residency should take place was still unknown.
Josh Baker was seen at Amnesia this last summer, mesmerizing the dancefloor for a proportion of Pyramid parties. He also played at the closing party of the club last October in an impressive back to back set with Luciano. With that in mind, it only felt natural that Josh Baker would secure a residency at Amnesia.
What to expect from a You&Me residency in Ibiza ?
A dancefloor immersed in full party energy, unreleased tracks from You&Me records and DJs embodying the creative essence of the new wave of electronic music. You&Me already welcomed on their stage such names as Kerri Chandler, Max Dean, Enzo Siragusa, Shonky and more, and Josh recently played various B2B with Chris Stussy, Rossi, Seth Troxler and Luciano. So all Ibiza clubbers should gear up : Josh Baker is already all in.
His latest EP, Come Closer, released on his own label You&Me Records, reflects his artistic evolution over the years. The five tracks perfectly embody the sound and energy of the new wave of UK house music.
Speaking about his Amnesia residency, he declared: : “One of the things that excites me the most about this residency, is the experiences this club gave me as a raver. I had the time of my life every single week, losing my mind to insane music and connecting with friends and strangers on the dancefloor. I can’t wait to be on the other side, giving that same experience to people through You&Me”
This first You&Me residency in Ibiza marks a new chapter in Josh Baker’s journey, elevating him into the rarefied circle of international DJs awarded their own residency at Amnesia.
